What This Service Is
Our Alternative Financing Program helps qualified Hawai'i residents with disabilities obtain low-interest loans for assistive technology. This program is in partnership with American Savings Bank to provide Hawaii residents with disabilities access to new resources and tools that can improve their quality of life through independence.

Public programs may offer grants or support services for individuals needing AT:

These may provide alternative funding or support services.
Charitable Organizations
Local charities, community groups, and service clubs
(e.g Lions Club, Rotary Club) sometimes provide grants or financial support for AT purchases.

Complete & Submit Application
Fill out the application form and return to ATRC. Once reviewed, you'll be notified of approval and funding.
