The HAT Loan is an AT acquisition tool that helps individuals purchase AT. A loan can range from $500 to $30,000 and can be used for any AT purchase. ATRC is assisted by the American Savings Bank in managing the loan program.
To apply for this loan, an individual can speak with an ATRC staff to become pre-qualified.
